To order:

1) From the dropdown menu, choose tag shape

2) Choose Front Font for pet's name on front of tag (See Font list on second image of listing)

3) From the dropdown menu, choose up to 4 lines of text for back of tag (back text will standard as shown in example). By default, the back of tag will be white with black text unless otherwise noted.

4) Add back text details in the notes section of the checkout screen.
